The name – and brand – La Paloma® White Wings® was born on the Texas frontier in 1899. It was here that hundreds of majestic white-winged doves (“La Paloma®“) flourished. These symbols of purity and abundance proved an ideal representation of the C.H. Guenther family’s commitment to wholesome goodness. It is from these pristine frontier prairies and wheat fields that White Wings® products were born. Over a century later, the tradition lives on with White Wings® flour and ® Tortillas and Tortilla Mixes.
